Our fully automated material storage unit eliminates manual material handling before materials are moved to the CNC and Panel Saw machines. These machines deliver precision cuts, producing smaller component parts for safer handling by our shop personnel.

Our Computer Numerical Control (CNC) machine manufactures casework components with exceptional accuracy and precision, eliminating human error. It can produce complex designs with high precision in minimal time while significantly reducing material waste.

The Panel Saw is an automated, cut-to-size saw that ensures precision and consistent accuracy. By utilizing automated and optimized processes, it enhances productivity while eliminating the need for hand cutting and table saws, thereby reducing miscut dimensions and edges.

When working with high-pressure laminates, achieving a clean edge on finished components is crucial to meeting the specifications of today’s Interior Designers and

Architects. Our automated Edge Banding Machine applies glue and automatically feeds edge band material, creating a seamless finished look. The edge banding process typically involves matching laminate colors with the casework components for a cohesive appearance.

Our fully automated Drilling & Dowel Insertion machine enhances efficiency by processing up to four components at a time. It offers flexibility in drilling and dowel insertion patterns, ensuring clean holes and precise dowel positioning. The machine bores holes, applies glue, and inserts dowels with precision, eliminating the need for manual labor.

Our skilled casework builders assemble cabinet boxes using an automated press, which significantly speeds up the assembly process while ensuring accuracy. By generating thousands of pounds of force, the machine guarantees tight joints and perfectly square cabinet boxes. This process eliminates the need for bar clamps and reduces manual labor.
